Spoofing occurs when caller ID is manipulated to make it look like a call is coming from a trusted source, such as Center Parc Credit Union. These calls can seem legitimate, but they’re attempts to trick you into revealing sensitive information like account number, PIN, or passwords. Center Parc Credit Union will never ask for sensitive details over the phone. If you receive a suspicious call, hang up and call us directly at the number found on your statements or at mycenterparc.com. Stay alert and protect your account!
